The First Step Towards Le Mans
Ligier Automotive & the European Le Mans Series launched in 2020 the Ligier European Series, a brand-new single-make series dedicated to its latest cars, the Ligier JS P4, a sports prototype with a futuristic look and the Ligier JS2 R, a small GT designed exclusively for racing.
Each event will be made of 2 x 40-minute free practice, 2 x 15-minute qualifying session and 2 x 1-hour race. Three hours and fifty minutes of driving spread over two days, Fridays and Saturdays. A maximum of racing experience for a maximum of pleasure.

A car designed exclusively for racing
Quick, reliable and fit-for-purpose, the Ligier JS2 R is not a series production car adapted for driving on a circuit. It is a real racing car. Easy-to-drive, fast and reliable. Outside, a sporty look with powerful and dynamic lines. Inside, a neat and comfortable cockpit to welcome tall drivers.

The Ligier JS2 R takes its inspiration from the Ligier JS2 that finished second at the 1975 Le Mans 24 Hours. It celebrates the make’s 50th anniversary.
