Porsche Sprint Challenge Scandinavia
Porsche Sprint Challenge Scandinavia was established by Porsche Sweden to ensure the growth of motorsport. The championship is aimed at already established racing drivers, ambitious racing talents and advanced trackday drivers from all over the Nordic region. Single Michelin tyres and the possibility of simpler logistical solutions ensure that the series offers high-quality racing at lower costs than many other classes. The class is the official support class for Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia (PCCS) and is run by Porsche Sweden in co-operation with Porsche Motorsport. The collaboration with PCCS means that both championships are run by the same organisation. Porsche Sprint Challenge Scandinavia also has technical support (Mtech Workshop AB), tyre support (Däckproffsen/Michelin), team catering and media service from PCCS.
In 2023, two car models were allowed to compete for the championship title. In addition to the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4, the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (991 II) was also included in the championship.
The 2025 Porsche Sprint Challenge Scandinavia season comprises six rounds and 12 races during the period 3 May-21 September. Four races will be held in Sweden, one each in Norway and Denmark, and all participating cars are Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS models.
All races consist of two sprint races of 20 minutes each. All races are organised together with Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia.
